Return Policy
Most merchandise sold by Facktory.com come from the finest European manufacturers and are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by a very careful quality control.
14-Days Money Back Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in it's original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Re-stocking fees
Due to high returning expenses, all returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee. The refunding process may take up to four weeks.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us by email: support@facktory.com immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). You must send back original receipt for refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must provide the order # on the outside of the box . The order # can be located on the receipt or in any of the confirmation e-mails.We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Facktory will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
