Duty Free-Shipping
Benefits of shopping at Facktory before you travel:
- Our prices are usually lower than at traditional duty free stores

- After you receive your GST refund, the total price is almost always lower than at a conventional duty free store
- You get to use your purchase immediately! When buying from a duty free store, your purchase is sealed and cannot be opened until you enter the plane. When you buy from us, you can begin using your purchase immediately!
How does this work?
1: Spend $300 or more at our store within 30 days or less from your departure date
2: We will deliver your order to you along with a tax invoice
3: On the day of your departure, visit the customs desk at the airport and let them know that you have items qualifying for the TRS (Tourist Refund Scheme). You simply fill out a form with your details, show them the tax invoice we provided for you and the items purchased (no need to keep them packaged) and within 6 weeks, the GST component of your order is refunded into your account. You can even choose to have the refund sent to you by cheque, credited to your savings/cheque or even credit account. Easy!
